Re: how hard is it to install sway bars?

Here's the how to I used for my Cusco install. Follow the recommended tools to the letter, I didn't need the allen key mentioned.

As far as how was it to DIY? Not hard at all, just kinda a pain, but wanting to drive it afterwards kept me from thinking about it to much. I wouldn't want to do it again. But their's no way I'd pay a shop to do it since I could not find anyone with a resonable rate.

Dang straight, it's all about the glory of helping. Who have you helped today?

Re: how hard is it to install sway bars?

I just installed a set of Nismo sways that took me about 2.5 hours. Shouldn't have taken me that long, but doing them again I could probably do them in about 1.5 hours. Rear sway bar you need to drop the exhaust mid pipe, and it's 6 bolts. Front you need to remove the splash guard and it's 10 bolts plus a few push rivets. You need a 10mm, 14mm, 17mm, extensions, jack, and jackstands. Easy stuff.

Overall I'm very happy w/ them. Car drives much, much flatter. I love changing lanes super fast now on the highway. The car is just like point & GO! Much less body roll than before.
