Question Need advice for wheels and tires

I'm planning on getting new wheels and tires. I tried looking through a number of posts and found some very good information, but I'm still not sure if my setup will work as planned. I appreciate any advice... or if someone could just validate my thinking for me.

I've got an 04 AT coupe and I'm thinking of 19" Volk GT-C rims with Toyo T1R tires. I like the 9.5 for front and 10.5 for back. I think this will work, but I'm unsure about the whole offset thing and what tire size would be adequate. I think I would like the "aggresive" offset thing, so I think something like +17/+18 is what I want? I'm not positive I know what this means (a bigger lip?). I also would like some medium thickness tires, but I'm not sure about the right size. I was thinking 245/35/19 and 275/35/19?

Finally, I was think about putting that Eibach prokit on to lower it. Would I have to do some rolling or shaving fenders...? Also, I heard someone say something about camber? Do I have to worry about this?

I think this will work, but before I pull the trigger on this, I would like to know it will all work. Thanks for any help.
