I know they come in 19x8.5+38 and 19x9.5+38, looking at the pics and what you said, I say both are +38 offset. The front offset is good, but the rears are a bit on the aggressive side and will stick out a little bit. The tire sizes you posted tell us that they are a staggered setup, the rears are wider than the fronts. 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear. As long as you don't have a g35X you should be good.

The rears will stick out a tiny bit on the stock suspension. If you lower it they will tuck. As you can see from those pics in ^^thread your car will look 100X better if you lower it.
