Which tires to get.....

I am getting 20s for my car and am going to get 275/30/20 for the rear and either 245 or 255/35/20 for the front. The wheels are going to be 20x9.5 and 20x8.5 respectively. I am having a hard time deciding what tires to get. I used Michelin PS2s on my S4 and absolutely loved them, but they do not make them in a 20 inch application, probably a little to soft for the low of a profile.
Through my research I have come up with the either the Yokohama Advan Sport, Nitto NT555, or the Pirelli P Zero Neros. I want a tires that will be quiet, provide a smooth ride, and have good traction. I live in Las Vegas so I seldom rains and never snows. I don't want to get a tire that is great the first month, but get dry rot and cracks. What tire would best fit my criteria? If I have not listed the tire that does best fit my criteria then please inform me. Thanks for the help.

I have Toyo Proxes 4 tire 245/35/20 front and back and I do not have any problems with them. Very good tire and they are quite as you drive on the road.

They dont make the rear tire size I need. I prefer not to run the same size all the way around. I think staggered will look far better. Thanks for the input though.

I'm running the Advan Sports on factory 19's (225/245 setup). They are great tires, excellent quality and grip. I would say the ride is slightly better than the Potenzas that came on the car. Also, the Advan Sports are sized slightly wider than the Potenzas; works for me to fill out the wheel wells a hair. Good luck!
