I tried contacting him first, but says his mailbox is full, so I am asking you guys if you have any idea what these wheels are?

Also, anyone know if a 19" wheel with approx same tire as stock looks good without lowering. I've had very bad experiences lowering just about every car I've lowered, and would prefer to stay away from it.
