tire 'hop'

tire 'hop'
just got some new wheels. i got them wrapped in Toyo T1R 245/35/19 and 275/35/19
the rears balanced fine, but discount tires told me that the fronts had a 'slight' hop in them and suggested to contact distributor for replacement if i get excess vibration at high speeds. they attempted to balance the fronts still to see how it will go.
any ideas on what i should do or how to fix this 'hop' in tire? i saw something on tirerack about remounting the tire?
