Need help with tires/rims

I have a 2004 G35 coupe. Right now there are the stock wheels on the car, 18" wheels. Tires on the front are 225 and on the back, 245.

I am a novice when it comes to wheels. I want to upgrade. I like the chrome look with a nice "lip." I do not know if I should go with 18, 19, or 20. (I was told I could not put 20s on the car). I am not to concerned with the size, just want something that looks good. I would want to spend around $1200 for wheels and tires.

Questions:

When buying wheels, are they all the same size? I ask because the tire sizes on the car now are different.

If I went with 20s, is there a chance they will rub?

I see alot of a brand called Stern on Ebay, are these good wheels?

Any advice is extremely appreciated!!
