Quick question on rims and offsets

225X40X18 tires. 8.5 width rim i think, and it was and a +42mm offset. Rims came off a TL. They should fit an 03 sedan right? No question about rubbing with stock suspension right? Think they will be pretty close to flush with the fender? Thanks for any help guys

those will fit for sure. They'll be a little bit tucked in, but not as much as stock. I'd switch the tires out for a 245/40 though.
