i needed new lugs and was wondering if these were okay.

currently i have the 2003 OEM 18inch wheels

it says on the website that these arent intended for OEM rims....anyone have any input on this? or know why you cant use them

 

those will be fine with your oem wheels. Just make sure you get 12x1.25. They only say that about the oem wheels because some manufacturers use mag style lug nuts (they have a washer stuck on the lugnut) Infiniti uses Acorn style lugs just like these Muteki's.
