wheels

hey, i have OEm 18" wheels right now and i want to upgrade to 19's or maybe 20's but i was just wondering if itll make the car feel any slower? i am stock engine right now with exception of an intake. i see alot of people going with 20's but they are usually FI so i was wondering how it is with stock engine? any input would be great. thanks.

usually people who go 19's or 20's aren't concerned about how the weight is going to affect their performance...it's more about looks. if you're worried about performance, you should stick with some lightweight 18's like ce28's.

with that said..if you upgrade to 19's or 20's you will probably feel a loss in power because of the increase in weight and diameter of the rotating wheel. prob not too significant..but it's there

in my experience with 20s on our cars, they make the car feel noticeably sluggish.
