285/30/20- Quick question

Morning all,

Recently got a set of 20" Axis Penta's with 245/35/20 up front and 275/30/20 out back. Due to some phenomenal luck with nails (ran over one and blew a back tire the first day, had it replaced and recently ran over and blew the other back tire) i am considering going to 285/30/20. Any issues running this setup with the 245s up front? Thanks in advance for your help!

Should be fine, I run a 245 in the front and a 285 in the rear in 19" sizes, however, next time to upgrade, go with 255's in the front to better match the rear width. With this setup your car is going to understeer a little more than it did before

+1. I run 255/30/20 and 285/30/20. They are about the closest match to the OEM tire diameter that you will find.

That's exactly what I'm running now. Like redlude said, when you get around to replacing the fronts, you can go wider too, and go down to a 30 sidewall.
