Wheel Selection and Offset Choice

Hello, I have been searching the forum and have a much better understanding about offsets. I have a 2003 G35 Sedan and want to have a staggered setup on it. I do not plan on lowering it because I will be trading it in mid next year for a G37 or M45, so do not want to do any major modifications. I want to do 20" wheels, 8.5" width in the front and 9.5" in the back. What offset will be best for this setup so that they are flush with the fender, but do not stick out. Thanks in advance.

Save ur money and just wait to you get the G37 or M45. 20's on any vehicle that is not lowered just looks silly IMO...

+1, it will not look good without a drop.

I don't think it would be that bad. I've got coupe 19's without a drop (yet) and it looks decent.

I have been worrying about that and have been trying to find photos of non-dropped G35's. I know there will be more gap on the front wheels, but does anyone have any photos of ones without a drop? If I did a drop, I would do 1" in the front, but I might scrap the whole idea.

If I do the rims, would 225/35/20 or 245 look better? I think I want to go with the stretched look.

Here are a few photos of ones without a drop. Not 100% sure of the wheel size, but look like they are 20's.

Those look pretty good on it without a drop. I am looking at getting some SportMax 962's in gold. The largest size they come in are 19's. I have also been looking at the stock coupe wheels. How much did you pay for yours?

I finally decided to get the 19"x8.5" in the SportMax 962 (Gold). They do not offer a 45mm offset for 9.5" so it would stick out in the rear. So, what size tires should I get. I think the most common for this wheel is 245/40/19, but I want a stretched look, so will 235 do the job or what? Thanks for all the help.
