Another Wheel offset help thread

I've got an '07 6MT Coupe, not lowered (yet, but probably will be). Found a set of rims... Seller's listing "20x9 +37" for all 4. Is this OK if I lower my car? Thank you in advance.

those are cool for a sedan but they'll look horrible on a coupe

where'd you find that listing?!?! those will fit a sedan perfectly.
