step lip vs flat lip on sedan

alright so im looking at some jline SDM's but i was wondering what vodkarocket had on his sedan before he sold it. i cant tell if they were step or flat lip. looks like step to me. only thing is, on jlines website it sais their step lip for that wheel only goes to +25 offset which is impossible for a sedan. so it their something im missing or did vodka have a flat lip and i am just an idiot. thanks guys.

They were step lip. You can get them custom built to any spec you want.
