NE1 have any experience with these? Wanted NITTO Invo's but, not available in stock sizes of 225/40/19 & 245/40/19. Its an impressive list of what these Yoko's OEM on "Bentley Continental GT, Bentley Flying Spur, Porsche 997 Carrera 4" IF thats any kind of reccomendation...

 

Haven't tried them personally, but I would. On the otherhand, I wouldn't try the Nittos. I've had their 555's in a few sizes before, and were very displeased with them. Granted, the Invo is an entirely different tire, but...

 

I'm running them now. I'm pleasantly surprised/pleased with the dry AND wet grip of these. Also, they're pretty friggen smooth.

I'd recommend them to anyone.

They do look impressive from the reviews on Tire Rack, but the consistent complaint is that they don't turn in as well as some other ultra performance summer tires do. I noticed a few folks jacked up the tire pressures a bit and saw better turn in.

 

Tire Rack reviews really tell you nothing. Read the reviews for every tire. They're all pretty good, if you base your opinions on that...

 

I don't base my opinion solely on Tire Rack Reviews, but I disagree that the reviews tell you nothing. Many people are forthcoming in their reviews, and will say when a tire doesn't work well with that car. It's how I noticed the trend for the Advan Sport about weaker turn-in response. Yes, I would rather see the Tire Survey data, but there aren't any for the Advan Sports yet.

And, based on your reasoning, should we then ignore your review above?
