Snow Tires

What advice on 17" studded snows? Planning on $1K for four tires & wheels, sound about right?

Re: Snow Tires

You will be very lucky to find that for $1k, is this for the coupe for sedan? The lowest price I could find in Canada for 17" snow tires w/o studs was around $200/tire, not including rims.

Re: Snow Tires

You might want to consider going with 16" wheels for snow tires. The tires will be considerably cheaper, too. The base model G35 has 205/65R16 tires, and you should be able to get a set of wheels and tires in that size, including mounting and balancing, in your price range. If you go with steel wheels instead of alloys, you can cut your costs further.
