Forged Oem 19 Rim

hey everyone what's going on. I want to know if the oem 19 rear wheel which is 19.5 with a tire size of 245/40/19, can it hold a wider tire like 255/40/19 with no problem on the coupe?

I dont know the answer to that but i also have a question about the 19 inch rays forged, is it heavier than the 18 inch stock rims on the 03-04's?

255/40 a common replacement. Some have gone wider but there is much debate about that.

Yes, you def go 255/40 in the rear. I bought 2 Falken fk452's yesterday in
255/40/19 size. I think I can actually see a difference between these and the stock size tires. Doesn't look so tucked in. Personally I'm thinking of adding on 10 or 15 mm spacers now so I'd end up being +20 or +25 over stock. I haven't replaced my fronts yet but I'm def going to go 235/35 in the front. BTW so far I love the Falkens I have only driven about 20 miles but they are so quiet. I hadn't realized how loud the stock Bridgestones had gotten. Also
my car seems to be riding smoother over small bumps. My Potenza's were bald though! I got 26500 miles out of the stock tires.
