Anyone know what the 17x7 (sport package) stock sedan wheels weigh without tires?

2003 Brilliant Silver Sedan 6MT

 

just over 23 lbs

 

My bathroom scale says the Goodyear GSD with a sport rim in combo weigh's 46lbs (rim alone 23lbs as stated above)
