Glad there is no leak. If it does start to leak a patch should do the trick. That is right on the edge of repairable or not but if they do have to make the repair be sure to get a patch not a plug. Discount Tire does BOTH to each hole (plug AND patch).

If you really need to fix it and the tire shop tells you they can't, you can go to a corner gas station where they plug the holes. They can even do it with the tire on your car. They just pull out the nail and shove in the plug.
