i would prolly put them in the same category as many wheel manufacturers out there. their wheels are cast wheels, so not as strong or light as forged wheels.

i wouldn't mind having them on my ride if my personal preference wasn't for forged wheels

I emailed the R1 guys http://www.r1racingwheels.com/ asking specific information on these exact wheels cuz I'm trying to order a set of 20's. And all I got as a response was "NO SIR" ??!??!?!?
in big bold capitol letters, just a plain NO SIR!
WTF is that ??
I must've asked close to a dozen different questions about the wheels, and all this guy from R1 replied with was "NO SIR"
I got noooo clue as to wutta hell is going on there but in any case, I'm probably gonna end up ordering these sometime soon, right after winter... they are very reasonably priced and are exactly what I'm looking for.. I wanted some sort of Racing Hart RS-721 or Axis Shine replica... but these cost around $2000 with tires.... so it's a helluva deal

save your $ and buy good wheels the first time around or you'll regret it later on. racing harts are no longer imported so go with the axis shines. still reasonably priced and good looking.
