If powdercoat wheels, need polish lip?

I have OEM 19's on my coupe. I'm going to powdercoat the spokes black.
Do i need to polish the lip of the rims? or should i just keep it silver because its such a small area and you won't be able to tell?

Anyone done the polish lip wanna chime in? any pics of either or both? (polished and non polished).

Thanks everyone,
-chris

You don't need to do anything, your question isn't clear about what you want to do
