will 5x114.5 wheels fit my 03 g35??

im thinking about getting some wheels but they are 5x114.5 and i know the g35 is 5x114.3 i was wondering would they fit and if not can i shave off a little 2 make it fit....anyone let me know asap thanx......

depends on the wheel and offset as well as hub bore

they are 18" wheels 225/40/18 tire size....they are the exel ennios
