Anyone running these tire widths?

Is anyone running 245/40/19, or 245/45/18, and/or rear 275/35/19 or rear 275/40/18
anyone fitting in these catagories lowered? how much, which brand?
How much did it cost to change camber?

I'm running 235/45/18 all around. I'd sure like to run 265/40/18 in back which is the perfect height, BTW, but I'm having trouble finding a lightweight 18x9 wheel I like with a +47 or so offset.
