245/35 and 275/30 good on 19x8.5 and 19.9.5?

I have a 2005 sedan drop on S tein. Wondering if 245/35 and 275/30 tires will fit without any rubbing issue on 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 rims?
with offset of 38F and 40R
thank you

245/40 and 275/35 are closer to stock diameter.
