i am about to order a set of 20" ADR sterling 20x8.5 with 38 offset... is it going to fit over the stock brembo without using spacers? cuz i hate using spacers on anything.. it sounds dangeous to me.

20x8.5 with a 38mm offset won't fit over the brembos. Youll need at least a one inch spacer

What measurement on rims would I be looking for to go over the Brembos? Offset? Or the second part of 20x8.5 ?The 8.5 I mean.

 

They clear the Brembos WITHOUT using spacers. The rears clear no problem. The fronts are really close, but they DO clear. The car rides about 1 inch highr on stock springs. Not really sure if I want to use lowering springs. Maybe Tein Basics since they are adjustable, but damn....$800...ouch.

with BREMBO they will not fit,I sell ADR wheels and I can tell you that they will not fit, with out BREMBO yes.

As you can see in my pic, I have Brembos, and they do fit. I know th "official" answer from ADR is that they don't fit, but these rims have been on 2 G's with Brembos and they fit both cars. Granted, the clearance might be a little more comfy with spacers, but I dont have a problem. Don't want to argue, just my $0.02 : )
