I'm in Toronto as well and looked around for some wheel repair places. Here are a couple I found, but I haven't been to either one yet:

http://www.wheelfix.com/index.htm - Kirkfield

http://www.carcone.com/wheels.htm - Aurora

I happened to ask the service tech at the dealership (Yorkville) and he said they charge $350 to repair the rim, but an independent shop would prob do it for $150 or so.

I would love to do it myself, but I doubt there is a paint that will match the finish on the OEM 19" rims.
