I just finised washing the car, and was driving it back into the garage when i hear a loud squeak.....has anyone here experienced wet brembo's squeaking like that?

Happens to me with the OEM brakes. The rotors are mostly iron. When it gets wet, it gets a little surface rust on it. No big deal, just do a couple of moderately hard stops and it'll clean them right up and stop squealing.
