they are over-used

They are barely used, and I went to go check them out today, and I did my penny test, and they have maybe the most, 800 miles on them. They look brand spanking new. Id rather pay 70$ for some barely used tires, than $300 for brand new. This little small shop is awesome. Im going to go there forever for my tires.
