Looking for Drag Radials - suggestions

I've been looking for some street legal DOT Drag radials like Dunlops's Infernos (although MY GOD!!! Dunlop makes it near impossible to get any info on them!)

There are also some Hoosier, BF/Goodrich and some Goodyears out there.

I'm looking for a set of 17's, although with a Wilwood kit coming I may need to better understand fitment issues.

So, give me some suggestions... what's your ideal setup with both wheels and drag radials - 17" or 18" ?

Cheers, Ted

I have a set of 265/45/18 BFG DRs on my stock 18s. I don't know if it's me or the tires or the power, but my best 60' is 1.90.

To me...if you are going to spend the money on some DRs, just spend the little extra money and get slicks.

not looking to drive these every day, just when I'm hitting the track.

Don't want slicks because L.A. ain't the place to chain your wheels to a tree while you change out and race slicks.

So I'll run my 19's around town, and then slip into some 17's or 18's with DR's for track time.
