G35 / Altima Swap Wheels?

G35 / Altima Swap Wheels?
I have an 04 g35 coupe auto 18" & I have an 07 Nissan Altima 2.5 S.
I was wondering if anyone knew, if I wanted to, could i swap my wheels/tires in between both vehicles?

Well, since you have both cars....why not try it and tell us?
And um don't mind my sig line its all a joke. (it says i have altima rims)
