Re: Pics of my drop
Can you elaborate a bit on the "almost" part? I've been researching the H.Techs which don't drop as much but are softer than the S.Techs. If ride quality is not sacrificed that much I would be inclined to go with the S.Tech for fear the H.Tech wouldn't be that noticeable handling wise. It is not the drop I object to but the potential for harsher ride. S.Tech comfy around town and on the highway?

Re: Pics of my drop
i asked court the exact same questions as i have the same reservations about the ride quality. he replied that unless you hit big potholes the ride is just a tad bit stiffer. i know it's a bit vague but i figured i'd pass it along.
also, to put it more scientifically, the S-techs (whihc are a progressive spring) have a final rate of:
358 lb. front
274 lb. rear
compared to sedan stock susp.:
296lb. fr.
370 lb. rear
factory sport:
357 lb. fr.
407 lb. rear.
keep in mind the tein rates are listed as final rates and as such have a softer initial rate- meaning they are softer in the initial compression of the spring, thus keeping a civilized ride. or at least on paper. as where the stock springs, if i am not mistaken, are linear? springs, which compress at an even rate throughout the spring.
do a search on tein springs and you will find lots of good info.
hope this helps a bit more.
so you can see that they arent
