It'll work. You'd want to get a 5-10 mm spacer for the front as they'll be a little tucked with that offset. For the rear, you'll need to run -1.5 camber to make it look right. I have an 18x9 +27 with a 225/45/18. The wheel sticks out about a half inch but the top of the tire is perfectly flush with the fender at -1.5 camber.
