Tire pressure sensors

I ordered a set of wheels and blizzaks from TireRack 4-5 months ago and have had them on my car for about a month. I did not order tire pressure sensors as I was just going to check manually over the winter. I have not had the low pressure light turn on yet like I figured would happen. I know the system works because my oem wheels/tires gave me an alert for being low once. Do you think they possibly installed them by mistake and gave me a bonus? Is there any easy way to check to see besides letting air out of a tire?

ya take a pressure gauge and see if the tires are all roughly around the same pressure (34psi-36psi)

I have no sensors in my winters and the light hasn't come on in two years.
