Actually, sorry to burst your bubble bro but your +23 R offset on a 10.5 rear wheel is only 4.5" lip It it nice nonetheless, however, the 19x11+17 is the one that gives a 5" rear lip and it looks like this

*Notice how the stepped lip is noticeably larger in the section that have the rivets*
