Tire and Wheel Setup

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 Sedan. Here's the setup I want, please tell me if it'll work. I do not want to roll my fenders.

Tires: 245/35/19
Wheel: 19 x 8.5
Offset: 35mm
Bolt Pattern 5 x 114.3

How does a 8.5 wheel fit on a 245? Also I think a 255 would work better with the speedometer but I'm not sure if I can have 255s in the front and rear? Does a 8.5 fit better on a 255? My brother taught me a lot but I still can't figure out some of this stuff. Thanks for the help.

245/35/19 are what most people use on their 8.5, including me. you can go wider but it just looks too bulky i think. this size is also the closest to stock tire height so it will not affect your speedometer. not 100% sure on sedan offsets so ill let someone else speak on that.
