Help! Winter tires won't sit flush against the wheel

2004 G35 6mt w/brembos

Trying to install:
17" ASA KA3 with Pirelli Snowsport 210 Tires
Tires are 225/50 R17 Front
and 225/55 R17 Back

There is a sixth 'bolt' sticking out of the wheel pattern that seems to not let the wheel sit flush against the car.

I am not sure of the offset. I tried the search with no luck.

Do I need spacers?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

you can remove that bolt, it is there so that you can't put the rear wheels on the front, serves no other purpose

Thank so much. That initial fear that I got the wrong wheels has subsided. Happy holidays!
