We've bought from TireRack several times and we have NEVER had a problem. I would have a hard time believing that accusation of them.

amongst other things, I have bought three sets of wheels/tires through TireRack. one set of SSR SP1 that I bought had one wheel that was slightly damaged. they offered a discount on that package if I wanted to keep it or I could return the whole package. I returned the tire/wheel package with no issues what so ever. they asked if I wanted another package and when I ended up choosing another wheel, Ro_Ja R2-5, they offered me a nice discount on that package for the trouble. they have great prices and service.

I think you are good to go. TireRack reputation is tough to beat and to me that may be worth a couple extra bucks. good luck.
