Smile Wheel Gurus - Help Please

I’m getting closer to pulling the trigger on Volk CE28Ns… My primary consideration is weight/performance – but of course looks matter (not as much to me though)... I’m debating on staggering and whether I should go 18” or 19”… I realize staggering won’t allow rotation, but looks better and possibly add nominally better traction in rear.

I have an 04 sedan on Eibach Pros.

Having that been said – I have a few questions, please!

1) If I go 18” staggered, is 8.5 +40 front and 9.5 +47 rear the way to go?

2) Tires for above: 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 rear – is this right?

3) If I go 19” staggered, is 8.5 +35 front and 9.5 +45 rear the way to go?
Are there any major drawbacks to going 8.5 all around? If not, should I run a different offset in the rear to pull the wheel out, or will that mess up alignment and/or cause handling problems?

4) I’m getting quotes from vendors – and I previously contacted a place in the Riverside, CA area with great prices but can’t remember who they are… does anyone have a good source (in So Cal) or know the shop in Riverside area I am referring to (they were originally mentioned out here somewhere, but I can’t find it again).

Thanks a bunch (in advance) for any info!
