what rims are these?

hey, this sounds kinda dumb but these rims came with the car and i forgot to ask the seller what rims they are haha can you guys help me out please, thank you.

MHT and concept neeper has been around for the longest time...I've seen that symbol all over tuner magazines way way wayyy back in the days and for some reason embedded in my head They've become too bling bling for tuners nowadays.
