Work Wheels Tire Pressure Sensor Mounts? Anyone?
Anyone else purchased tire pressure sensor mounts from Work on this forum?
I received my Varianza T1S and mounts for the sensors -
It places the sensor smack damn in the center of the rim, which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to mount a tire without snagging the sensors - Removing the tire will snap the sensors clear off. They aren't very sturdy to begin with.
Wheel Expressions in West Palm Beach, FL wouldn't mount the tires on due to this fact. How did you all go about this? I'm contacting work first thing Monday.

it's not impossible. People have been doing it for quite sometime. Go to a better shop. If they know what they are doing they will mount/dismount at about 10 degrees before or after the sensor (depending on mount or dismount). They just have to be very very careful.. and sometimes they still get broken, that shop doesnt want the liability.
