Taking out scratches in chrome finishes

I have wheels with chrome a chrome lip but they are a little scratched up from sand and everyday use. They aren't deep scratches but the best way to describe it would be the swirl marks and little scratches in paint. What's the best way to remove these or make them less noticeable?
