Anything special to put Ray's 19+TPMS on '03 coupe?

Hey guys,

Just picked up a set of OEM Ray's 19's for my '03 coupe and keep reading the threads about TPMS. Supposedly the rims/tires I just bought have the TPMS sensors...anything in particular I have to do to install? I was under the impression that my '03 already had TPMS sensors...am I right?

Thanks for helping to clear this up!

Indeed -
If your light goes on ...
You may need dealer to reprogram the sensors for you.

not being mean or nothing, but rather curious as to where you're gonna read TP inside the car

I don't think TPMS was an option until 04. Even if you have the sensors in your wheels, there's no benefit.

Okay so now it all makes sense. I've always checked my TP manually (got a guage in the glove box). I didn't think I had TPMS on my G. That said, guess I should sell the TPMS sensors, huh?

I'd wait until you need new tires and get them pulled then, its going to cost you almost as much as you are going to sell them for to get the tires dismounted/mounted and rebalanced

Thanks redlude. Can any local tire install shop remove the TPMS sensors?
