the sport package and aero package are not the same package. the sport package gives you different shocks and springs, and the 5 spoke wheels with w-rated tires. the aero package requires the sport package, and includes the rear spoiler and underbody diffusers. possibly, the car you saw might have had the sport package, but not the aero package. or like someone else said, they may have got it off someone else's sport model.
