Powdercoating question?

Currently I have oem 18's and im going to be putting on oem 19"s. But before i do that i going to get them powdercoated a matte black. But currently i still have the tires on them. Do anyone know what the correct procedure to get these on my car? And a good place to get them on. So far i think i just need to remove the tires, get the rims powdercoated, take to a shop and have them put the tires on the car. Am i missing anything?? do i have to get them balanced?? alignment?? transfer my tpms or keep the ones that came with the 19's?? or anything else??

The suspension is stock and I dont plan on putting spacers on, FYI. well im not thinking about it right now.

Im tring to figure out the total cost of the whole process before starting, any help is greatful. thanks in advance.

when I PC mine (twice) local Goodyear dismounted and stored car for two days and re-mounted with balance for $100... PC was $60 per wheel (2 day turn around)... make sure they are careful when removing the TPS, they are expensive to replace... after PCing, mount & balance as you normally would when getting tires installed... as for keeping the TPS, some people do, some don't. I would.
