lowering G Sedan question

My Sedan comes equipped w/ the Sport Suspension. --> Love the tightness of the ride by the way. Anyhow, anyone know what would happen to the car's performance if lowered an inch say w/ Eibachs? Would this screw up/ the Sport Suspension's feel? I'm not sure what actually comes w/ the Sport suspension (different struts, springs??) that makes it have a tighter ride then w/out Sport Suspension other then the different rims.

Pestilence,

Truly how much better handling do u get with the eibachs. I know the ride is stiffer but is the handling significantly better.

[Insert generic remark about Eibachs and handling water puddles here.]

Pest, I gotta stop doing that to you. I'm going to jinx myself, wreck my G, and cause you to die laughing.

Say, were any of your Eibach parts damaged in the wreck? If so, how does that factor into the equation for repairing the car and having insurance foot the bill?

Re: lowering G Sedan question

in response to fal900: honestly, im not sure.. im not that into the performance aspect yet.. i just like dropped cars

in response to ryoken: im not sure.. i konw that when I gave my car to the dealer to repair i asked if they were going to replace my rims when stock rims or not.. he said that they would give me my G back *exactly* how it was.. including my springs, potenza so-3 tires and my wheels...
They said the dollar ammount was approved by insurance and I spoke to my wheel dealer and he said that the infinti dealer did order them and pick them up already.. So im thinking no problems were caused.. )

Sometimes I scrape the muffler a little bit.. Its all in how you drive.. Obviously if you have 1 inch of clearance and a 3 foot bump to go on, there is on possibile way, but if you take ramps or driveways at an angle you have a better chance..
Oh yeah.. I also scrapped the front of my G once becuase i pulled up too far in a parking spot..
