Need help on Volk SF Challenges

So I want to powdercoat my rims but not the lip so how do I remove the center portion of the wheel, do I remove the bolts circled in red or are these fake bolts?

you remove the bolts, they are not fake

Cool thank you, someone else said they were fake!!! haha.

So to put it back on after coating is just as simple as taking them off I guess?
