I have a 05 coupe with the STS 19 inch stock wheels. I just finished up a set of toyo t1r's and I'm looking at getting a new set. I can't find the falken FK-452 in the front tire size(225/40) so I'm not sure if I can use them as an option. I haven't heard about kumho before so I wanted to see what people thought about the two. Also, are there other tire sizes for the front that I could use?

 

Another question I have is about switching out tires at different times. I currently have toyo t1r's with the stock sizes. I appear to have plenty of tread left on my front tires so I am probably going to just replace the rears to start with and then replace the fronts when they wear out. I think I want to end up with falken tires on the front and rear in the 245/35 and 255/40 sizes that have been recommended. Would it be ok to replace the rear tires with falken 255/40 while I keep using the current toyo t1r's on the front(currently 225/40) until I replace them with 245/35 falkens when they wear out?
