So i am putting on my set of GTS's that i got in the mail... the back went on fine but the front seems to be being blocked by a little gold bolt on the brake rotor.... only a few mm of clearence blockage but still the wheel will not go on.... Any ideas?/

Unscrew the bolt - it's only so you can't rotate the stock staggered setup.
