y would they replace the stock grille with billet but not the two sections in the bumper lol

I'm not a fan of the grill. If I end up buying this car, the stock grill will be put back on. But I just wanna know the Brand/model of these rims. Help anyone?

To be honest, when I went and saw the car in person the rims look very nice.

if they are ruff racing, they are no good b/c they are cheaply constructed. they are super heavy and the finish/paint on my friends ruff racing rims started to chip away after 6 months of regular driving.
