will these offsets work with a BBK?

19" Volk SF-Challenge 19x9.5F (+23)/ 19x10.5R (+28)

I believe those are the correct and most common offsets for this setup. I plan on getting a rotora 6pot (F) and 4pot (R) with 14" slotted/drilled rotors. Will they work?
